Disney Update - Meeting (Feb 23) Added to Calendar

REQUIRED TRIP MEETING for all participants and their parents: Tuesday, February 23rd at 6pm in the Goodwin Theatre.

This meeting will cover information on the final itinerary, hotel, flight, performance, and required medical forms will be given.

- All band students performing in Disney are expected to attend 2 after school rehearsals- Wednesday, March 16 and 23 from 6-8:30pm – students, please make sure your schedule is clear for these evenings! This was on the performance schedule distributed back in June.

- The band parade performance will in the Magic Kingdom on Thursday, March 31st in the evening

- Students will need to present an ID (driver’s license or ID card) to board the plane; if you are not a driver, you should plan to obtain a personal ID card in the coming months.
