The band camp and equipment fee form and payment are due this MONDAY (5/25).
Please see here if you need another copy.
Note…you do not need to buy new uniform parts if those purchased previously are in good shape and the still fit!
Commencement Performance:
1:00PM report time
Wear “Sunday best” – No jeans, no t-shirts, no shorts, no flip flops (dress up nice)
We will be done at approximately 4:00.
ALL INSTRUMENTS and FLIP FOLDERS NEED TO BE TAKEN HOME AFTER FOR MEMORIAL DAY PERFORMANCE
MONDAY: Memorial Day Performance:
10:30AM report time
Report to Main and Harper Streets (no school transportation).
Wear white band polos, khaki shorts, white socks, white shoes.
All marching band music will be collected after the parade (bring flip folders).
ALL School instruments must be returned to the school after the parade.
All personal instruments go home and stay home (we are not playing next week)
BAND CAMP FORM AND MONEY ARE DUE ON THIS DAY – please mail or bring to Mr. Hruska!
